Hitler, Mussolini, Bush -- what's the difference?

In an attempt to show that we do indeed have three impartial branches of government, a Federal judge - 1994 Clinton appointee and former Yale Law dean - says that President Bush came to power in a way similar to Hitler and Mussolini.

The lack of forethought is no less than staggering. Between this guy and Judge Jack-A-Lot, I'm starting to think I could easily be Judge material should I attend law school.
